Return Policy

Non-refundable Items: Gift Cards, Worn or Used Items, Items without tags, Sale Items, Clearance Items, or Items sold more than 30 days ago. 

 

Refunds: If eligible for refund, you will be responsible for return shipping. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item is refundable, you will be notified when your refund will be posted to your account.

 

Stolen/Lost Packages: Boujee Buckaroo is NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages when shipping returns. Boujee Buckaroo is NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages once shipping carrier has deemed package delivered. Please check with carrier and/pr neighbors. 72 hours after package is deemed lost or stolen, BB will contact carrier about package. 

 

Gifts: If gifted item needs to be returned, Boujee Buckaroo will refund with a credit to shop.
